How to Get the Lifetime Fitness Guest Pass

If you have never been a member before, you can sign up for the free, one day trial pass online. All you need to do for this pass is enter your personal information and contact information. Once you submit this, you will be emailed your free pass and contacted by an employee who will give you details about redeeming it. Depending on the club, you may need to visit a salesperson at the club to pick up the pass.

Each member at the gym also gets 12 of these free trial passes to use in the year. You will get these automatically when signing up, and then you can bring a friend to the gym with you. However, all normal guest pass rules apply, and each guest can only use a pass every 60 days.

If you have used up all free passes, you can purchase a day pass online. This will range between $20 to $35. You will need to fill out a lot of information and pay online, but you will not need to sit through a sales pitch before picking up the pass in the gym.
